Polls, Consultations and Local Authorities Who Have Said "NO".

It would appear that WF is "universally" unpopular.  The proof?  We have compiled 3 lists:

1. Newspaper and radio polls showing that in every case,  respondents were against WF.
2. Public Consultations.  Just the three so far and in each case, the vote was against WF
3. Local Authorities which have declined WF or stopped the programme.  A footnote needs to be added to this section:  all the original towns selected for the 1955 "demonstration" trials had, by 1991, ceased fluoridating.
